Who is responsible for Infinite Bass?
DJ Wicz has been collecting records for over ten years and has begun to sell his vinyl. Located in Brooklyn, New York, the studio and collection can be visited by appointment by collectors.
What are my payment options?
You have several payment options at Infinite Bass, which you can select when you checkout. For quick payment online, you can use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal. We ship purchases made with these online options within two days of receipt of payment.
What is the cost and speed of shipping?
Shipping for one 12" record or LP to the United States is $7.50 Priority with Delivery Confirmation or $4.00 Media Mail with Delivery Confirmation for the first record and $1 for each additional record. Shipping for one 12" or LP to the rest of the world is $14.00 for the first record and $3 for each additional record, regular first-class airmail.
International packages can be sent Priority or Express (with tracking) at customer's request for an additional fee. Regular first-class shipping does not include tracking.
What is your return policy?
All records can be returned for a full refund minus the return shipping cost.
How do you pack and ship your records?
All records are packed with cardboard stiffeners in record mailers.
Are you selling original vinyl or reissues?
All vinyl is original unless it is noted in the description. The majority of the records on the site are original pressings.
Do you guarantee your records?
We guarantee every item we sell to be accurately listed. We endeavor to provide superior service, but if we make an error, we’ll make every effort to make it right.
