All the items are graded: M-/EX/VG++/VG+/VG/VG-/G
The records are visually graded under a strong light.
All LP’s are graded cover / vinyl.
All 7’s and 12’s are graded a-side / b-side.
NM : A record in new, shiny condition, never played or looking like it. Flawless.
EX (Excellent): A record that has been well cared-for and shows very little signs of play. Just a hair below the NM grade.
VG++ : A really nice record, in keeper condition. There may be some hair lines, some very light paper scuffs resulting from contact with the inner sleeve, but nothing that affects play.
VG+ : The record has been played often, has some visual defaults (light scratches and scuffs) but plays without major problems.
VG : The record is in playable condition but it doesn’t look nice because of several scuffs, lines and/or scratches. The record will play with some pops and clicks.
VG- : A noisy record, with feelable marks.
